HPW Diet for 60 gliders for three nights 180 meals(see smaller conversion below)

Ingredients:

2 T Raw Bee Pollen

2 Cups Very Warm Water

1 1/2 Cups Honey

3 Scrambled Eggs

1/2 cup High Protein Wombaroo (this amount is for breeders, if not breeding, 1/4 cup is sufficient)

 

Instructions:

Put 2 T of Raw Bee Pollen and put it in a blender. I add 2 cups of very warm water and blend

Add 1 1/2 cups of honey and blend well

Scramble three large eggs in a non-stick skillet sprayed with Pam

Add the eggs to the blender and blend about a minute

Add the 1/2 cup of Wombaroo high protein powder and blend for another min

Pour the entire mixture in a large airtight container. The mixture freezes, but is more slushy.

Feed 1.5 tsp per adult glider, 1 tablespoon for a pair of adults

Along with this, feed a variety of fruits and vegetables from this list:

Cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, mango, grapes, apples,pears (over-ripe), peaches, apricots, oranges (occasionally)grapefruit, kiwi, papaya, pineapple, plum, prune, raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, coconut, raisins, fig, cherry (pitted) Only one citrus per week

Sweet potatoes (boiled, raw or baked) ,spinach, green leaf lettuce, bean sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, Bell Pepper (Yellow, Red or Green), Corn, Green Peas, Squash, Zuchinni, Kale, Broccoli, Snow peas

Mealworms can be fed as a treat only. They are high in fat.

HPW for 45 nights of food

Ingredients:

1/2 Tablespoon Raw Bee Pollen

1/2 cup water (very warm)

3/8 cup Honey

1/2 of a Scrambled Egg

1/8 cup High Protein Wombaroo
